The emergency winter shelter, a collaboration between the City of Lebanon and Upper Valley Haven, opened on Wednesday, January 8, 2025. It will be open daily from 5:00pm to 8:00am until a closing date is determined.
- The shelter is low barrier, meaning all individuals 18 or older are welcome.
- The shelter can serve 13 guests. (Once the shelter is full for the night, staff will be available to assist with calling hotels or 211.)
- Admittance is first come, first served. Cots cannot be saved.
- No referrals are needed.
- Service and emotional support animals are welcome. Pets must be under the control of the owner
